Once upon a time on October 31st, Pacific BMW was visited by unsuspecting guests. This included a skeleton, a clown, Rosie the Riveter x3, and many more. The company hosted a costume contest with multiple prizes which were Disneyland tickets, $100 Target gift card, $50 Cheesecake Factory gift card, and an onsite catered lunch. Free Yoga at Work

Life is so busy with work and personal responsibilities that sometimes it’s difficult to get a chance to relax. Research shows that finding a quiet space and doing some meditation and reflection has many health benefits. “Yoga” has proven to be a great activity for recharging your mind, body and soul. Here at Pacific BMW, we encourage our employees to relieve themselves and stretch out their tense muscles after holding the same position for a long time. Recently, we started an on-site 4-week Yoga Program FREE for all Pacific BMW employees. We are pleased to have Dani and Lotem, two professional yoga instructors, teaching us stretching exercises, yoga poses and a few minutes of relaxation. So

Kaiser Permanente Mobile Health

Pacific BMW partnered with Kaiser Permanente to bring the KP Mobile Health Truck to our Company and provide different FREE health screenings for all of our employees. This is the first time we’ve ever offered mobile medical services to help ensure our employees maintain good health. Kaiser Permanente provides a lot of medical services for all members. Kaiser Permanente was founded on the simple idea that everyone deserves the chance to live a healthy life. That’s why they offer high-quality care and coverage all in one place. ACS Denim Day 2019

Do you know what the American Cancer Society (ACS) is about? This non-profit organization is in charge of funding and conducting research, sharing expert information, supporting patients, and spreading the word about Cancer prevention. Every October, Pacific BMW observes “Denim Day” to fundraise and support the ACS campaign for women with breast cancer. As you know, this disease is very serious. As listed on the, mortality rates have dropped 40% among women since 1989, but this year about 268,600 American women are expected to be diagnosed with invasive breast cancer, and 41,760 women are expected to die from the disease.
