2017 Dealership Trainee Program
Join our Trainee program starting this September 2017! The goal of the Dealership Trainee Program is to learn all aspects of the dealership through hands-on training in the Administration, Sales, Service & Parts/Bodyshop Departments. At the conclusion of a one-year term, and completion of all four quarterly rotations, we seek to place all Dealership Trainees in a role that matches their skillset and interests.

Process Development
Along with the new opportunities arising in the industry, the inadvertent changes are also bringing on various inefficiencies. We are looking to our Dealership Trainees to identify inefficiencies in our current processes and provide possible solutions. As part of the program, you will be able to affect real change.
Learning Environment
This program has been designed to ensure that you learn as much as possible about Dealership processes and programs. All job duties you will perform will allow you to have hands-on experience which will be invaluable throughout your career at Pacific BMW.
Teamwork
We understand that when starting a new career, can be stressful. To aleviate the anxiety associated with a new job, the program has been designed to have a cohort of new members begin and progress along the program at the same time. This will ensure that in addition to your mentors, you will always have someone to talk to about your experience.
Decision-Making
As part of your department rotations, you will have the opportunity to work directly with Dealership leaders and executives in all departments. Having access to communicate directly with decision-makers will allow your voice to be heard in important conversations.
Dynamic Workplace
A Dealership is a work environment unlike any other. We do a lot more than just sell cars. We have 3 major departments which are made up of sub-departments, each in charge of different things. However, we are constantly collaborating to ensure everything runs smoothly. As a Dealership Trainee, you will have the opportunity to be part of our Pacific BMW family.
