Innovative After-Sales

Our After-Sales department started using one of the coolest technology advances in the industry: mykaarma. Through this cloud-based software our service advisors and technicians communicate with our customers via text and/or video. For example, our technicians introduce themselves and do a walkaround to show work performed and is received instantly which allows transparency and instant updates on their vehicle status. On the right side, we have our 3 happy technicians Juan, Marco and Leonard who are our January winners for most vehicle inspection performed and each received a bonus. 

 

On another note,  below is a photo of the After Sales department lunch sponsored by BMWNA Area Market team Manager for having the highest recalls completion in our market.
