Life is so busy with work and personal responsibilities that sometimes it’s difficult to get a chance to relax. Research shows that finding a quiet space and doing some meditation and reflection has many health benefits. “Yoga” has proven to be a great activity for recharging your mind, body and soul. Here at Pacific BMW, we encourage our employees to relieve themselves and stretch out their tense muscles after holding the same position for a long time. Recently, we started an on-site 4-week Yoga Program FREE for all Pacific BMW employees. We are pleased to have Dani and Lotem, two professional yoga instructors, teaching us stretching exercises, yoga poses and a few minutes of relaxation.

See how awesome yoga can make us feel! The yoga classes are being held on Mondays (5:30 pm to 6:00 pm) and Wednesdays (1:00 pm to 1:30 pm) during the month of October. Employees are provided with free yoga mats, blocks and straps. All they need to do is wear comfortable or stretchy pants and meet at the M Floor. We have it set up with aromatherapy and calming sounds to get everyone in the “Zen Zone”.
