The concierges' main duty is to take care of the client the minute they drive through our Service area. They acknowledge, greet and escort clients to their designated location. By understanding the basic processes of the drive, the concierges designate lanes, assign hats, and manage the keybox. They take care of the clients' vehicles by bringing them up to the shop, assist with tire pressure monitoring, oil top offs, and bringing back down when they're ready to be delivered.
