What’s that sound coming from Pacific BMW???… No, it can’t be. It’s the infamous graduation song, the Pomp and Circumstance song, but what for?
Well, to answer that question, it was a special day at Pacific BMW when the remainder two Dealership Trainees finally graduated into their new positions after a whole year rotating through the dealership to learn about all the ins and outs of the departments! As a final project, the graduating DTs completed a written test portion, presented about 3 highlights, 3 areas of opportunity and 3 solutions for each Administration, Sales & After-Sales departments.

Jesse Ceron – An Azusa Pacific University alumni who was born a raised in Big Bear, California. Jesse is starting his new career as the Dealership Trainee Manager. It is going to be the “ultimate trainee program” that will turn each new millennial candidate into an “ultimate genius” for our dealership!

Kentaley McCurdy – A Saint Mary’s College of California alumni who was born and raised in Stockton, California. Kentaley is pursuing her dream career as the new VIP Client Relations Manager. Kentaley’s new innovative position will be focusing on customer retention and giving a special VIP experience for those that want to stay loyal to our brand, BMW.
