Recently, the People Operations team in Pacific BMW initiated a new program for employee’s benefit -- the Wellness Wednesday.
Two professional therapists from Massage Envy Glendale were invited every Wednesday to provide a free 10-minute massage of neck and back to our employees.
As a healthy way of relieving stress, the massage has been welcomed by employees ever since it came out on July 10th.
Along with the smooth background music, the therapists started with massaging acupuncture points on the back. Close your eyes and take a deep breath, and immerse yourself in the gentle melody.
Though short, a 10-minute massage helped many with stress relief. This event will still be held on the rest of the Wednesdays during the month of July. So don't wait! Come to the Admin' Office on 2nd floor and reward yourself a massage.
