Feeding Success: Serving Up Appreciation!

The first Friday of March marks Employee Appreciation Day, a national holiday to celebrate our workers for their hard work and the fantastic contributions they make for the company’s success. Employers use this special day as an opportunity to truly express their gratitude. On March 8, we led a day filled with an all-day menu for employees to enjoy. Starting the day with breakfast, employees got to enjoy egg sandwiches from Einstein Bros and for lunch, Olive Garden pasta and salad served by managers. Ending the day off with a tasty, sweet treat of ice cream bars. 

Edgar Oganesyan, service manager, was one of many managers who served his employees. “It is important to show appreciation to your employees because it creates trust within your employees and a better relationship with them overall. I also like taking care of my people,” said Oganesyan.
