New Year, New Employee Recognition Program

With the Annual Employee Appreciation holiday happening in March, Pacific BMW launched a new Employee Recognition program for 2021.
We asked management to submit one nomination per department and all employees selected would receive a Target gift card and something sweet to enjoy. We are also highlighting why these employees deserve to be recognized on the employee portal on a weekly basis.
When considering who to select, managers were asked to think about the following: How does this employee go above and beyond for others? How committed and reliable are they? Think of their performance and accomplishments, are they a role model to others?
With 200 employees, it was a tough call. The following employees have been recognized for the month March. From left to right we have-

Pasaload means sending part of your mobile load to another prepaid user on the same network. Instead of buying a new load, you can simply transfer some of your existing balance. Usually, a small charge is taken, often around ₱1, depending on the amount sent. This is very helpful in urgent times when someone has no load and needs to call or text right away. The process is quick, safe, and the load is sent instantly.
Publix Passport is an employee self-service portal created for Publix Super Markets associates to access work schedules, payroll details, employee benefits, tax forms, and HR services online.
The ESS-Utumishi Portal is a centralized Human Capital Management system developed by the e-Government Authority (eGA) Tanzania to enable secure login for civil servants. ESS portal supports digital HR transformation under the President’s Office Public Service Management and Good Governance by unifying employee records, payroll access, and service requests. Through a secure authentication process, the portal delivers a structured dashboard that enhances efficiency, transparency, and self-service HR management across the Tanzanian public sector.
