New Year, New Employee Recognition Program

With the Annual Employee Appreciation holiday happening in March, Pacific BMW launched a new Employee Recognition program for 2021.
We asked management to submit one nomination per department and all employees selected would receive a Target gift card and something sweet to enjoy. We are also highlighting why these employees deserve to be recognized on the employee portal on a weekly basis.
When considering who to select, managers were asked to think about the following: How does this employee go above and beyond for others? How committed and reliable are they? Think of their performance and accomplishments, are they a role model to others?
With 200 employees, it was a tough call. The following employees have been recognized for the month March. From left to right we have-

Publix Passport is the online portal designed for Publix supermarket employees. Employees can use the publix oasis system to view your publix work schedules online regarding your upcoming shifts, request schedule changes, or swap shifts with co-workers (if your manager approves).
mysainsburys.co.uk has developed by J Sainsbury plc to enables employees to view your schedule. To view your work schedule, employees need to use their company's designated scheduling system, which could be a dedicated mobile app.
