Pacific BMW had a busy end of 2019 and start to 2020. First off we continued our yearly donation to The Glendale Educational Foundation (GEF) but this time around David Ho, our CEO, increased the donation from $25,000 to $50,000. These funds support GEF's visual and performing arts for Glendale's secondary schools. As a dealership, we value making investments that will enrich and enhance community programs to advance students' growth. To continue on with our Dealership updates, did you see the smoke coming from our 901 Lot? Our Company leaders teamed up for a cook-off and served yummy barbecue to all employees. It's the best feeling when you are shown how much you are cared for and celebrated. This was a great way to wrap up 2019!
February brought Super Bowl and what better excuse to have a lunchroom party! Employees were encouraged to wear sports gear including Kobe jerseys to honor and celebrate his legacy. We have many Kobe fans at Pacific BMW as you can see in the pictures below. We enjoyed nachos and sweet treats while taking guesses on the 49rs & Chiefs scores.
And last but not least, have you heard of Fender Bender? They are a media brand exclusively serving collision repair shop owners and operators.

Our very own Pacific BMW's Collision Center! Check out the article featured on pages 42-43. The magazine highlights our unique company culture and Andrew's management style that helps the Body Shop feel like a growing tree that is well watered and maintained. They mentioned how he ensures that the shop floor processes are constantly updated and analyzed, he is well in tuned with his employees' personalities/needs and how he utilizes individual career plans to measure employees' progress toward attainable goals.
